Bergamot essential oil is from the fruit of the Bergamot tree, which is a cross between “Sweet Lemons or Sweet Limes” and the Orange.

The Bergamot fruit has a yellowish color and is pear shaped. Its’ aroma is full of energy.

Its’ fresh, crisp, light citrus aroma helps reduce anxiety, stress, and depression. Use in a room spray to eliminate odors.

Massaged onto abdomen in a carrier helps with digestion. A little side note, Earl Grey Tea was created by adding Bergamot oil to black tea.
