How To Use

Ultrasonic Diffuser
Add 8-10 drops of essential oil to distilled water and turn on for aromatic pleasure
Travel Diffuser
Apply 5 drops to cotton wick, insert and turn on to release aroma
Room Spray
Add 10-12 drops of essential oil per 1 oz of distilled water.
Use for up to (2) weeks for best performance.
Shake before each use
Tip:
Add 1oz of 90+ proof alcohol (ie. vodka, everclear) per 3oz of room spray to prolong shelf life
Skin Application
Apply 8-10 drops of essential oil into carrier oil before application to skin.
Scalp Application
Apply 6-8 drop of essential into carrier and massage into dry scalp.
Wait 10-15 min then shampoo as normal
Muscle & Joints
Apply 10-15 drops of essential oil to 1oz of carrier oil then massage into affected area
Bites, Burns, & Scrapes
Add 1 drop of essential oil to 1 drop of carrier oil and apply to affected area
Wound Healing
Add 4-5 drop of essential oil to 1 tsp and apply to affected area
Cover if needed with gauze
Chest Rubs
Apply 5-6 drops of essential oil to 2 tbsp of carrier.
Apply to chest, neck, upper back.
Aged users may consider less essential oil to reduce strength or refer to our dilution chart for instructions.
Soothing Soak
Add 8-10 drops of essential oil to carrier, such as our unscented liquid castile soap, then add to bath water
Foot Soak
Add 5-6 drops of essential oil to carrier, such as our unscented liquid castile soap and soak for 10-15 min or until water cools
Salt Scrub
Add 15-20 drops of essential oils to 1/2 oz Jojoba Oil mixed with 3oz Pink Himalayan and/or Dead Sea Salt totals 4oz of salt scrub combined.
Apply to warm cloth and wipe over clean, wet skin.
Do not wash; just rinse for best results.

Direct Inhalation:
Apply 1-2 drops of essential oil to tissue and smell
Steam Inhalation:
Place 1 drop of essential oil into bowl of steaming water
Place towel over head creating a little therapeutic tent, lean into steam and breath
Close eyes to prevent irritation
Inhaler
Apply 8/10 drops of essential oil to cotton wick and use as DIY Personal Inhaler
Consider adding our travel inhaler for use with this oil
Store in a cool dry place away from direct sunlight with cap secured tightly for best prolonged results.
Citrus oils are best preserved when kept refrigerated
Tip: If lid becomes resinous, clean euro dropper with rubbing alcohol. Dry and reinsert.
