Arnica Infused Herbal Oil, Castor Oil (Ricinus communis), Coconut Oil MCT, Nutmeg (Myristica fragrans), Pepper, Black (Piper nigrum), Juniper Berry (Juniperus communis), Marjoram, Sweet (Origanum majorana), Clove Bud (Syzygium aromaticum L), Ginger (Zingiber officinale) essential oils.

Application

Massage 3-4 pumps onto the affected area (lower back and down the leg, if the pain is radiating) until fully absorbed.
